Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ramz. By using the service you agree to what follows. We wrote them as if you were going to actually read them — and tried to keep them understandable.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site, creating an account, or generating a dynamic QR code, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service.
2. Use of the service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform for lawful purposes. Static QRs are generated in your browser and have no usage limits. Dynamic QRs are tied to an active subscription and are subject to the limits of your chosen plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for any of the following: distributing malware, phishing, infringing intellectual property, distributing content that incites violence, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to disable any dynamic QR or account that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Ramz logo, platform design, and source code are the property of Ramz and its licensors. You own the content you create (the URLs, text, and logos inside your QR). You grant us a limited license to store and display this content solely to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We strive for very high availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation or that the platform is free of bugs. We recommend keeping a copy of the designs of any QR you consider critical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, after long inactivity, or for legal reasons. After termination, dynamic QRs cease to function and we may retain some data as required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, where Youne — the operator of Ramz — is legally established. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent Egyptian courts. This does not override your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and your continued use of the service after that point constitutes acceptance.
