Privacy Policy
This page explains how Ramz collects, uses, and protects your data. We have written it in plain English — no legal padding.
1. Introduction
We operate a QR generator that works without a sign-up for most features. Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
2. Data we collect
For static QRs we collect nothing — they are generated entirely in your browser and never leave it. When you save a dynamic QR or create an account, we store: your name, email, business name, phone, and the content you choose to put inside the QR (such as the URL or WhatsApp message). We also log general technical metadata like browser type and approximate region.
3. How we use it
We use data only to operate the service: rendering your dashboard, counting scans for your dynamic QRs, sending payment receipts, responding to support tickets, and improving the product with aggregate statistics that do not identify you.
4. Cookies
We use simple cookies to remember your preferred language, keep your login session active, and protect forms with a CSRF token. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Static vs Dynamic QR — privacy
Static QR codes never touch our servers — when someone scans them, they go straight to the destination. We have no idea who scanned or when. Dynamic QRs route through a short link on our servers, so we log the scan timestamp, approximate country, and device type (mobile/desktop). We do not log personal fingerprints and we never share this data with any third party.
6. Third parties
We rely on a short list of infrastructure providers: our hosting company, our database provider, and our payment processor. They all work under standard data protection agreements and access your data only to provide the underlying service to us.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely by emailing info@younesolutions.com. We act on deletion requests within 30 days at the latest. If you are based in the EU or UK, the full set of GDPR rights applies to you.
8. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and if we become aware of it we delete it immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an account with us. The date of the last update is listed at the bottom of this page.
