Are static QR codes really free forever?
Yes. We do not gate static QRs behind a paywall or expire them after a trial. Generate as many as you like, export, print, and use them. No account is required.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your dynamic QRs keep working until the end of your billing period. After that, they pause until you reactivate the plan — the destinations and analytics are preserved.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund any annual plan within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. Monthly plans can be cancelled instantly — you will not be charged the next cycle.
Can I switch between Pro and Business?
Any time, both directions. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you do not lose access mid-cycle.
Will my printed QRs ever stop working?
Static QRs never expire — the data lives inside the QR itself. Dynamic QRs depend on your active subscription, which is why we offer a long grace period and email reminders before any pause.
Do you accept invoices and purchase orders?
Yes, on the Business plan. We can issue annual invoices, accept bank transfers, and work with procurement teams. Contact sales to set it up.
